Brothers and sisters in Christ,
Have you ever stood and watched a thunderstorm and simply been amazed at the power? Have you felt thunder that shook the house? Have you seen lightning that surprised you with its suddenness? Psalm 29 is a chance to sit and be amazed at the thunderstorm brought about by the voice of the Lord. Seven times the voice of the Lord speaks in the psalm and seven times it brings about powerful results. Psalm 29 calls us to ascribe glory to the God whose voice brings about such powerful things.
